Sri Bhakta Aanjaneya Trust is a spiritual and religious institution dedicated to providing divine services, poojas, and spiritual guidance to devotees. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we deliver our services and manage pooja bookings, confirmations, and associated offerings. Please note that this is NOT a traditional e-commerce business with physical product shipments.
1. Nature of Services
Sri Bhakta Aanjaneya Trust provides the following services:
a) Spiritual and Religious Services
- Pooja Services: Sacred rituals and prayers performed by our qualified priests
- Darshan: Viewing and worship of our deities (Sri Aanjaneya/Hanuman and Devi Kamakshi)
- Abhishekam: Sacred bathing rituals performed on the deities
- Homams: Vedic fire rituals performed according to scriptural guidelines
- Archanas: Prayer offerings and recitations performed by priests
- Prasadam Distribution: Blessed offerings prepared and distributed to devotees
b) Service Booking System
When you book a service through our website, you are reserving a specific pooja, ritual, or spiritual service to be performed on your behalf at our temple premises. All services are performed at Sri Bhakta Aanjaneya Trust's physical location in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, India.
2. Digital Confirmations and Booking Acknowledgment
Upon successful payment for a pooja booking, you will receive a digital confirmation through email with the following information:
- Booking confirmation number and date
- Name of the pooja/service booked
- Scheduled date and time for the service
- Assigned priest details (if applicable)
- Amount paid and payment confirmation
- Special requests or preferences noted during booking
- Instructions for prasadam collection (if applicable)
- Contact information for any queries or modifications
This email confirmation serves as your proof of booking and should be retained for reference. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of making payment, please contact us immediately at nerultemple@gmail.com or +91 86920 30675.
3. Service Delivery at Temple Premises
All pooja services and spiritual rituals are performed at our temple premises located in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, India. Services are NOT performed remotely or virtually unless specifically arranged in advance.
- Services are performed according to the scheduled date and time confirmed in your booking
- Services are performed by qualified priests trained in Vedic rituals and temple protocols
- All rituals follow traditional Hindu/Vedic procedures and standards
- If specific family members wish to be present during the pooja, they may visit the temple at the scheduled time
- The service will be performed with devotion and sincerity regardless of physical presence
4. Prasadam Delivery and Collection
a) Prasadam Preparation
Prasadam (blessed food offering) is prepared as part of most pooja services. The type and quantity of prasadam depends on the specific pooja booked:
- Simple poojas may include blessed flowers, coconut, or rice
- Major poojas and Homams typically include prepared food items, sweets, or fruits
- Special celebrations may include elaborate offerings
b) Prasadam Collection at Temple
Prasadam is available for collection at our temple premises within 7 days of the scheduled pooja date. To collect prasadam:
- Visit the temple during regular operating hours
- Provide your booking confirmation number or reference
- Inform the temple staff of your booking details
- Prasadam will be handed over to you

c) No Shipping of Prasadam
Currently, Sri Bhakta Aanjaneya Trust does NOT ship prasadam to addresses outside the temple premises. Prasadam must be collected in person at the temple. This is because:
- Prasadam is blessed food that should be consumed fresh
- We cannot ensure proper preservation and hygiene during shipping
- Shipping requirements may compromise the sanctity of the offering
- Food safety and regulatory compliance for shipments are complex
If you cannot visit the temple to collect prasadam, please inform us at the time of booking, and we will make arrangements for someone to collect it on your behalf or distribute it to deserving devotees.
5. Service Delivery Timeline
Services are delivered according to the following timeline:
- Booking Confirmation: Email confirmation sent within 24 hours of payment
- Pre-Service Communication: Any special arrangements confirmed 3-5 days before the scheduled service
- Service Performance: Pooja performed on the booked date and time
- Prasadam Availability: Available for collection within 7 days of service date
- Collection Window: Prasadam should be collected within 7 days; uncollected prasadam may be distributed or disposed of
6. Service Modifications and Rescheduling
If you need to modify or reschedule a booked service:
- Contact the temple at least 7 days before the scheduled service date

- Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the service may not be accommodated
- No refunds will be issued for rescheduling requests
7. Virtual Services and Remote Blessings
While we primarily perform services at our physical temple, we understand that some devotees may be unable to visit in person. We offer the following alternatives:
- Remote Pooja Booking: You can book a pooja to be performed on your behalf by our priests with your family details
- Virtual Darshan: We may offer virtual darshan sessions during special occasions (availability subject to current arrangements)

Virtual services, if available, will be confirmed separately with specific timings and access instructions.
8. No Physical Product Shipments
Sri Bhakta Aanjaneya Trust does NOT sell or ship physical products such as:
- Idols or deity statues
- Religious books or scriptures
- Ritualistic items or puja supplies
- Blessed items or talismans
- Temple merchandise or souvenirs
If you require any of these items, please visit the temple directly or contact us for local recommendations.
9. Service Delivery Guarantees
We guarantee that:
- All booked services will be performed on the scheduled date and time (except in cases of force majeure)
- Services will be performed by qualified priests trained in proper rituals
- All rituals will be performed with reverence and sincerity
- Your booking confirmation will be honored and respected
- All communications and confirmations will be maintained
10. Force Majeure - Service Disruptions
In exceptional circumstances beyond our control, service delivery may be affected or delayed:
- Natural Disasters: Earthquakes, floods, or severe weather preventing temple access
- Government Restrictions: Lockdowns, temple closures, or access restrictions
- Priest Emergencies: Severe illness or medical emergency of the assigned priest
- Infrastructure Failures: Electrical outages or temple facility damage
- Unforeseen Circumstances: War, civil unrest, or security issues affecting normal operations
In case of force majeure events:
- We will notify you immediately of any service disruptions
- We will reschedule your service to the earliest available date
- If rescheduling is not possible within 30 days, a credit toward future services may be offered
- Refunds are NOT available for force majeure events
